À la mémoire du Conseil économique de la Basse Côte Nord, fondé le 16 février 1961
À cet organisme, formé de représentants de la Basse Côte Nord, revient le grand honneur d'avoir donné une "VOIX" à toute une population oubliée, par sa promotion à l'organisation municipale et scolaire des quinze villages situés entre Kegaska et Blanc Sablon.
To this organization, formed of representatives of the Lower North Shore, belongs the honour of having given a "VOICE" to a whole forgotten population, through it's promotion of municipal and scholastic organization in fifteen villages between Kegaska and Blanc Sablon.
